Apple shares are trading near their all-time high of $422.86, but most analysts expect them to go much higher. Sprint-Nextel Corp (S) reported a loss of 30 cents per share for the third quarter, compared with a loss of 17 cents per share in 2009.
Revenues rose 1% to $8.2 billion, the company said in a statement.
