A federal judge gave class-action status to Domino%u2019s Pizza Inc (DPZ) delivery drivers who sued the chain for failing to provide sufficient reimbursement for delivery costs. The drivers say this meant they were being paid less than the minimum wage.
The ruling by U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank covers thousands of drivers in states other than California and New York, Reuters reported. The case was first brought by two Domino%u2019s delivery workers in Minnesota.
