You know that old iPhone 2 that's sitting in your desk drawer, or maybe an old Blackberry (gasp!) that got stored alongside your Guitar Hero peripherals? Well, EcoATM wants them, and is willing to pay.
Electronics retailer Best Buy has agreed to pay $399,000 to settle allegations that it advertised lower prices on its website, then charged customers higher prices at some of its stores.
Coinstar, which operates the 26,900 Redbox movie rental kiosks, posted earnings that nearly doubled, although its outlook disappointed Wall Street. The company announced it would begin to sell Blu-ray disks in 13,300 locations immediately.
