From a remote workshop in northern Idaho, Scott Brusaw, an electrical engineer and retired Marine Corps Sergeant, is building a system to do just that. And on Thursday, GE announced that Solar Roadways was the top community vote-getter in the company's $200 million Ecomagination challenge.
