Everyone was hopping on the Groupon bandwagon last summer, including travel deals publisher Travelzoo, restaurant reservations provider OpenTable, and wedding planning specialist XO Group. But now that Groupon has been exposed as a dot-com speedster with a lack-of-profitability problem, investors have turned on the publicly traded coattail-riders.
