Memo to extreme couponers: Some retailers, particularly supermarkets and drugstore chains, are mad as hell and they're not going to take it anymore. To save their bottom lines, they're setting limits on just how much all your coupon cleverness can save you.

Starting this Thursday, Feb. 18 and running through Saturday, Feb 20, 2010, all over-the-counter medicine is 20% off at Rite Aid. The discount comes off the regular price. Sale items are excluded. I have never seen a sale like this. All cosmetics -- even brand names -- are 25% off at Rite Aid starting Feb. 11 and going through Saturday, Feb. 13.
Supplies are not going to be re-stocked and you cannot get a raincheck so I would not wait to drop by on Saturday, when the best stuff will be...
