SEC Hits IBM with Bribery-Related Lawsuit
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced Friday it has reached a $10 million settlement with IBM, over allegations the company violated accounting and internal control provisions relating to the alleged bribery of Chinese and South Korean government officials.
