Spherion Staffing Services Named a World-Class Franchise By The Franchise Research Institute

Spherion Staffing Services, a recruiting, staffing and workforce solutions provider, has received World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey® for the fifth consecutive year.

The independent survey was conducted by the Franchise Research Institute in which 80 percent of Spherion Staffing Services franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within Spherion Staffing Services franchise system.

The survey asked Spherion Staffing Services franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall growth potential, quality, support and communication.

Among the most notable responses received from Spherion Staffing Services franchisees:

  •     100 percent of franchisees gave a positive grade to the overall quality of the Franchisor
  •     100 percent of franchisees gave a positive grade to the initial training supplied by the Franchisor
  •     100 percent of the franchisees would rate the opportunity provided by the franchise system as positive
  •     100 percent of the franchisees would recommend this franchise to a prospective franchisee
