Fitch Ratings withdraws the 'A+/F1' ratings assigned to the series DBE-385, DBE-430, DBE-431, DBE-449, DBE-451, DBE-467, DBE-485, DBE-489, DBE-493, DBE-534, DBE-580, DBE-624 and DBE-652 short puttable exempt adjustable receipts (SPEARs) and the 'A+' ratings assigned to the long inverse floating exempt receipts series DBE-385, DBE-430, DBE-431C-F, DBE-449, DBE-451, DBE-467A&B, DBE-485, DBE-489, DBE-493, DBE-534A&B, DBE-580, DBE-624 and DBE-652A-C (LIFERs) and custodial receipts series DBE-385, DBE-431C-F, DBE-449, DBE-451, DBE-467A&B, DBE-493, DBE-534A&B, DBE-580, DBE-624, DBE-652A-C of Deutsche Bank SPEARs/LIFERs Trust.

Fitch has withdrawn the ratings because Deutsche Bank has chosen to stop participating in the rating process with respect to these securities. Therefore, Fitch will no longer have sufficient information to maintain the ratings. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for issuances of the Series DBE-385, DBE-430, DBE-431, DBE-449, DBE-451, DBE-467, DBE-485, DBE-489, DBE-493, DBE-534, DBE-580, DBE-624 and DBE-652 Trusts.
