Fitch Ratings expects to assign the following ratings to the Nelnet Student Loan Trust 2013-2, student loan asset-backed notes as follows:

--$1,122,000,000 class A notes 'AAAsf'; Outlook Negative;

--$34,000,000 class B notes 'A-sf'; Outlook Stable.
