Epiq Systems Declares Quarterly Dividend and Announces a Special Dividend to Shareholders
KANSAS CITY, Kan., Nov. 8, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Epiq Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:EPIQ), a leading provider of managed technology for the global legal profession, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 9.0 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable February 15, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 14, 2013.
In addition, the Board of Directors has declared a special, one-time cash dividend of 9.0 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The special cash dividend will be payable December 28, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2012.
