NEW YORK, April 12, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Blue Dolphin Energy Company. Blue Dolphin Energy Company's stock was suspended on February 28, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Keyuan Petrochemicals, Inc. Keyuan Petrochemicals, Inc.'s stock was suspended on October 07, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of China Infrastructure Investment Corporation. China Infrastructure Investment Corporation's stock was suspended on November 18, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd. A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd.'s stock was suspended on September 26, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the ordinary shares of AutoChina International Limited. AutoChina International Limited's stock was suspended on October 04, 2011 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of Marina Biotech, Inc. Marina Biotech, Inc.'s stock was suspended on February 02, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
