TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/02/11 -- Andean American Gold Corp. ("Andean American" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AAG)(FRANKFURT: AQN) announces that Mr. Shafiq Gulamani has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately.
Mr. Gulamani has served as a director of the Company since September 2004. The Board wishes to thank him for his excellent service to the Company for over six years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
