The fund invests primarily in Underlying Funds. It may also purchase or hold individual securities. The Adviser anticipates maintaining each element of the Fund?s target allocation within a target investment range, and has determined a ?neutral? target allocation for the Fund. It invests about 50-100% of assets in Underlying Equity Funds, 0-50% of assets in Underlying Fixed Income Funds, 0-20% of assets in Money Market Fund and Other Underlying Funds and Investments. It is expected that the Neutral Target Allocation is: 80% of asset in equity funds and 13% of asset in fixed income funds.
