The fund invests primarily in municipal bonds. It invests at least 80% of assets in, or derives at least 80% of income from, securities that are exempt from regular federal income tax. The fund will not invest in securities that subject you to federal AMT. It invests substantially in debt securities rated A- or better by Standard & Poor's Corporation or A3 or better by Moody's Investors Service, or unrated but determined by the adviser to be of equivalent quality.
