| The Fund will fulfill its fundamental investment objective by investing substantially all of its assets in Underlying Funds asset class weightings which will generally be 40% in fixed income investment and 60% in equity investments. The Fund may also invest in cash and cash equivalents, including Money Market Fund or any other money market mutual fund managed by SEI from time to time. |
