Post-It has come out with a super sticky version of their popular yellow office notes. Take the "super sticky challenge" by requesting a free sample of the new, stickier notes. This will involve sharing your name, address, e-mail, and birth year. Then answer five multiple choice questions about your use of sticky notes. You can opt in or out of Post-It's e-mail newsletter that included coupons and special offers.

Expires Dec. 31, 2010 or when supplies run out. Your freebie will arrive in 6-8 weeks.

Caveats: available only to legal residents of the United States who are over 18 years old. Limit one free product sample per e-mail address or person/household.
