Bravo's hit reality real estate docudrama Million Dollar Listing will be back for a fourth season, according to Madison Hildebrand, one of the Realtors featured on the show.

"GREAT NEWS! "Million Dollar Listing" Season 4 is picked up!!! We start filming now," he posted on his Facebook Fan Page.


Million Dollar Listing has been something of an oddity in the real estate reality format, in that it thrived in spite of the recession that killed so many other real estate selling and flipping shows. The third season debuted to the highest ratings in the show's history, making a fourth season all but a given.

The show's focus on the glamorous high-end of the market, which has been especially hard hit by the recession and credit crunch, makes it some ways perhaps more odd that the show has succeeded.

One possible explanation? Million Dollar Listing is so focused on interpersonal drama that the real estate is really just background. Nevertheless, fans will be excited for the fourth season.
