If you own one of the 1.5 million Durabrand DVD players sold at Walmart since 2006, shut it off and head to your nearest Walmart -- they can ignite, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced.Walmart told the CPSC the company received a dozen complaints about the DVDs overheating. Five of those incidents led to fires, the CPSC said.
The $29 Chinese-made DVD players were sold only at Walmart stores between January 2006 and this July. Anyone returning the DVD player to a Walmart store should receive a full refund.
