Like looking at a car wreck, here's a Web site you won't want to miss.

If you Google the words, "Bank of America," an advertisement comes up for LetsTalkBanks.com. It's a site solely devoted to trashing Bank of America.

And it has a video with (supposedly) Bank of America employees griping about the bank. The employees are in shadows, and their voices, disguised, making it all very ominous, of course.

And the text on the Web page is even more ruinous to Bank of America's reputation, or it looks that way, at first, reading, "We're tired of pushing premium services to those who don't need -- or can't afford -- them. It's unethical, short-sighted, and as bank employees, we know it isn't helping the economy. Yet, we're forced to sell them in order to keep our jobs."

At first, I thought, "Wow, this is really incredible," followed by the recognition that Bank of America has a lot of employees (a bit less than 350,000, according to some reports), and so maybe this shouldn't be much of a surprise.

But then I noticed the fine print at the bottom. LetsTalkBanks.com was put up by Service Employees International Union, which has more than 2 million members according to its Web site.

So while LetsTalkBanks.com may have been created "to improve our bank and our future," as it says on the Web site, and while it may or may not have the virtue of having accurate information and an appropriate mission, it also exists because if the SEIU can unionize the Bank of America employees, that's a lot of extra union dues.

There's always an angle.
