NEW YORK -Shares of some top oil companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:
BP PLC rose $.32 or .8 percent, to $38.24.
Chevron fell $.03 or percent, to $98.97.
ConocoPhillips fell $.13 or .2 percent, to $51.96.
Exxon Mobil Corp. fell $.12 or .1 percent, to $81.92.
Marathon Oil Corp. fell $.06 or .2 percent, to $24.46.
