NEW YORK -Shares of some top finance companies are up at 10 a.m.:

Bank of America Corp. rose $.11 or 1.4 percent, to $8.24.

Citigroup Inc. rose $.03 or .1 percent, to $34.26.

JPMorgan Chase rose $.14 or .4 percent, to $38.44.
