NEW YORK -Shares of some top finance companies are up at 10 a.m.:
Bank of America Corp. rose $.14 or 1.8 percent, to $8.12.
Citigroup Inc. rose $.43 or 1.3 percent, to $32.51.
JPMorgan Chase rose $.27 or .7 percent, to $38.19.
