Your neighbors property when he is off on vacation! I love it when he always comes back and says 'Boy those look just like mine'!

The foreclosures were before Obama was elected. For the last 5 plus years the housing market is great.
Consumer confidence peaked in 2010.
That's the reason Obama was elected for a second term.

Nah he's tired of people calling him a Muslim so he is going to play the Saddam show, you know where he comes in, and his Army stands by the door and then he starts to call names out. Them removed and family later, taken out and shot, put in a Mass Grave. Bottner be one of the last called, Obama will join every moment of him squirming, Pelosi will be silikonned and used for Obama's playpen thingey and well Mitch McConnell will be congratulated for keeping me poor here in Ky!

What to buy in June? Easy. Groceries, a tank of gas, necessary health care and medication, insurance and some supplies to clean, repair and maintain your home. How much more simple can it be?

The Groceries sound good, fixed income here. That other stuff, skip. You are fixing up the house now because you don't want the neighbors property values to slip when all in the neighborhood are tossed out by the banks? I mean you do want the banks and real estate agents, insurance agents and tax people to make some good money off of the next owners, right? And dealing with insurance after 40 years of Farm Burrow in Ky and there 'Big on Committment' insurance canceled. Again fixed income, old house, would take a big lotto win to maintain. Do need to get that running sink fixed. Was thinking maybe tying a rubber hose around it with a nozzle attached?
