Season 2 of Arrow may have started off slow, but more viewers are taking to the Time Warner superhero drama, Fool contributor Tim Beyers says in the following video.
Unlike Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which has made modest ratings progress after suffering a drop-off following the series premiere, Arrow lured more than 3 million viewers for episode 2 and another 2.9 million for episode 3. Both figures beat the season 2 premiere.
More important, Tim says, seasons 2 of Arrow has introduced viewers to several new DC Comics characters. At San Diego Comic-Con, series co-creators Andrew Kreisberg and Marc Guggenheim said to expect as much. Now they're making good on that promise as Agents takes its time expanding the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Tim says.
