Externally managed real estate investment trust Anworth Mortgage Asset (NYSE: ANH) announced fourth quarter dividends on two series of preferred stock.

On its 8.625% Series A cumulative preferred stock, Anworth would pay a dividend of $0.539063 per share, payable on January 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31.

On its 6.25% Series B cumulative convertible preferred stock, Anworth would pay a dividend of $0.390625 per share, payable on January 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31.


Anworth also pays a dividend on its common shares. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.48-per-share annual dividend, yielding 10.4% based on the closing price today of Anworth Mortgage Asset's stock.
