Trulia Adds 15 Brokers and Franchises to Trulia Accelerate Program; Now Reaching Nearly 70,000 Agents

New Program Gains Momentum as Brokers and Franchisors Look to Expand Market Share in Increasingly Competitive Real Estate Market

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trulia (NYS: TRLA) , a leading online marketplace connecting consumers with real estate agents and brokers, today announced that it has 15 new partners in its Trulia Accelerate program, a milestone since the program was launched in July. Trulia Accelerate is a program that helps brokers recruit and retain agents by offering a customized package of products and services to accelerate productivity.

Participating brokers receive additional free resources including premium branded profiles for their agents on Trulia's Find An Agent directory, or a custom agent training curriculum focused on connecting and converting online leads. They also have access to valuable marketing and advertising products that help brokers and franchises build their brand with consumers and expand their market share.

With 16 partners so far, the program is empowering nearly 70,000 agents with industry leading products and resources to help increase their productivity. Currently, 13 of the 16 partner companies rank in the 2013 Real Trends 500, a ranking of real estate brokerages determined by closed sales volume.

Trulia works with brokers and franchises to determine the right mix of services, products and resources to address each partner's specific business needs and enhance their competitive strengths. For example, broker branding is prominently displayed on agent profiles and communications such as lead emails. Agent information is optimized to show up in online search results and displayed in the Find an Agent directory on Trulia. Other partners are using customized agent training to help agents more effectively market themselves and their listings online, drive productivity and capture more market share.
