Outerwall (NAS: OUTR) reported earnings on July 25. Here are the numbers you need to know.

EPS came in at $1.91. The 10 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $0.99 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $1.91 for Q2 were 53% higher than the prior-year quarter's $1.25 per share. GAAP EPS of $1.64 for Q2 were 48% higher than the prior-year quarter's $1.11 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 33.8%, 80 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 12.7%, 80 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 8.5%, 160 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $617.9 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $1.43.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $2.40 billion. The average EPS estimate is $5.84.
