BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First graph, first sentence of release dated June 20, 2013, should read: International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) today announced that the company will pay a dividend of $0.07 per share to common shareholders of record as of July 1, 2013 with a payment date of July 8, 2013 (sted ...common shareholders of record as of June 21, 2013 with a payment date of July 2, 2013).


The corrected release reads:

KENNEDY WILSON ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND OF $0.07 PER COMMON SHARE FOR SECOND QUARTER 2013

International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) today announced that the company will pay a dividend of $0.07 per share to common shareholders of record as of July 1, 2013 with a payment date of July 8, 2013. The quarterly payment equates to an annual dividend of $0.28 per common share.
