Rexnord Corporation Concludes Review of Strategic Alternatives
MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- REXNORD CORPORATION (NYS: RXN) ("Rexnord" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has concluded its previously announced review of the Company's strategic alternatives. The Board has determined the best alternative to enhance long term shareholder value is to execute the Company's strategic plan as a stand-alone public company.
