NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BlackRock, Inc. (NYS: BLK) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.68 per share of common stock, payable June 24, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2013.
The company also announced that Laurence D. Fink, Chairman & CEO, is scheduled to speak at the Deutsche Bank Global Financial Services Investor Conference in New York on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 beginning at approximately 8:40 a.m. (EDT).
