Dynex Capital, Inc. Announces Investor Conference Presentation and Annual Shareholders Meeting

GLEN ALLEN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYS: DX) announced today that it is scheduled to present at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods 2013 Mortgage Finance Conference being held June 4, 2013, at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel in New York City. Thomas B. Akin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Stephen J. Benedetti, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer will be speaking at approximately 9:30 a.m. ET. A live audio webcast of the Company's presentation, along with presentation materials will be accessible online at www.dynexcapital.com on the "Investor Relations" page under "IR Highlights." The replay will be archived on the Company's website for 90 days.

On June 5, 2013, the Company will hold its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, at Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City. The meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. ET, and a continental breakfast will be served beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on April 15, 2013 are entitled to vote their shares and attend the meeting.
