Atlas Financial Holdings Announces Expiration of Warrant Tender

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFH; TSX.V: AFH) ("Atlas" or the "Company") announced today that the minimum tender condition included in the Company's previously announced tender offer (the "Offer") related to its outstanding warrants was not satisfied and the Offer expired on May 17, 2013. Accordingly, no warrants will be taken up by the Company under the Offer.
