Cypress Semiconductor continues to reward its stockholders. The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share of its common stock, to be paid on July 18 to shareholders of record as of June 27. This amount is in line with Cypress Semiconductor's previous five distributions, the most recent of which was handed out in mid-April.
The firm has a relatively short dividend history, initiating its payouts with a $0.09-per-share distribution in the summer of 2011.
The current dividend annualizes to $0.44 per share. That yields 4.1% at Cypress Semiconductor's most recent closing stock price of $10.62.
