UCI Holdings Limited to Release Its First Quarter 2013 Earnings and Conduct Its Earnings Call on May 09, 2013

LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UCI Holdings Limited will report financial results for the first quarter of 2013 on Wednesday May 8, 2013. Following the earnings release, the company will conduct its quarterly conference call for investors and other interested parties on Thursday May 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Bruce Zorich, president and chief executive officer and Ricardo Alvergue, chief financial officer of UCI International will discuss the company's first quarter results and its business outlook.
