CPI Aerostructures to Report 2013 First Quarter Financial Results and Conduct Conference Call on Tuesday, May 7 th
EDGEWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CPI Aerostructures, Inc. ("CPI Aero®") (NYSE MKT: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 prior to the opening of the stock market.
CPI Aero's President & CEO, Edward J. Fred and CFO, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments. After opening remarks, there will be a question and answer period. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing (201) 493-6739.
