Regis Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regis Corporation (NYS: RGS) , a leader in the haircare industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of six cents per share. The dividend is payable May 21, 2013, to shareholders of record as of May 7, 2013. There are 56,690,547 shares outstanding.
