CVB Financial Corp. Announces 94th Consecutive Cash Dividend

ONTARIO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CVB Financial Corp. (NAS: CVBF) announced an eight and one-half cent ($0.085) per share cash dividend with respect to the first quarter of 2013. The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting held on March 20, 2013. The dividend will be payable on or about April 17, 2013 to shareholders of record as of April 3, 2013.
