LAUREL, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sanderson Farms, Inc. (NAS: SAFM) today announced that it will provide a live webcast of its annual meeting of stockholders to be held on February 14, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the Company's corporate office in Laurel, Mississippi.
