Yep, Zi cam was the best. Never got colds or flus and only one quick wipe with the swab did the trick. Unfortunately, because it worked too well big pharma forced it off the shelves. Wal-Mart's Equate NiteTime & DayTime cold & flu, is the cheapest way to go, it works for me, I use 1TBSP instead of the 2TBSP that they recormmend.

You also neglect to mention that pseudoephedrine is only available behind the pharmacy counter and only after producing your identification and being entered into a data base to track usage.

They didn't tell us much about saving money, did they?
But, they forgot to mention another problem with the multi-symptom stuff. I notice a lot of you recommending them. But, my pharmacist said not to get them, because the different ingredients for the different symptoms stop working at different times. So, you might need more pain relief, yet it is too soon for another dose of the multi-stuff.
Of course, that means we won't save money since we have to buy several items!

For cold and Flu I take Vicks DayQuil ..said 3 tbsp every four fours.but I have the tendency to forget to take it so drink all of it 354ml and it is good for two week. now I am okay... and high.

NyQuil/DayQuil for cough and cold/flu
Advil for headaches and aches and pains (not taken with NyQuil/DayQuil)
Pepto and or Zantac - for stomach issues and heartburn (I find Zantac works better for heartburn and acid reflux than pepto)
Other than those, there's nothing else in my cabinet. Sometimes, I'll swap the NyQuil with NeoCitrin. But regardless which I buy, I always go for the cheaper generic brand. Or if the brand name is on sale, I'll grab the cheaper one.

I hate these useless reports. But the story doesn't tell us how to cut the cost unless they think suggesting generic is an epiphany. And we already know not to combine medicines with the same ingredient, if not, then make the title different and market the article accordingly. I always regret the time I've wasted reading these ever-worsening AOL articles.
