Air Products & Chemicals (NYS: APD) reported earnings on Jan. 23. Here are the numbers you need to know.

For the quarter, gross margin was 25.8%, about the same as the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 14.1%, 140 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 10.9%, 20 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $2.58 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $1.40.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $10.44 billion. The average EPS estimate is $5.74.
