NRG Energy, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NRG Energy, Inc. (NYS: NRG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of 9 cents per share, or 36 cents per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable February 15, 2013, to shareholders of record as of February 1, 2013.
