KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Great Plains Energy (NYS: GXP) announced today that it will release its 2012 fourth quarter and year-end earnings on Thursday, February 28, 2013, after the market close. On Friday, March 1, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. EST, executive officers of the Company will conduct a webcast and conference call to discuss the Company's 2012 fourth quarter and year-end earnings and operating results. Supplemental financial information and the earnings webcast presentation will be available after the February 28 market close and after 8:30 a.m. EST on March 1, respectively, on the Great Plains Energy website at www.greatplainsenergy.com.
