BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM), pioneers in the mobile barcode industry, today announced that it has granted Progressive® Insurance (NYSE:PGR), a worldwide, non-exclusive license to NeoMedia's patents related to mobile barcode resolution.
