With the release of the iPhone 5, Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) has now surpassed Google's (NASDAQ:GOOG) Android phones in market share in the United States. And now that the iPhone 5 is on sale in China, with Apple announcing 2 million units sold over the first weekend the phone was available on the Chinese market, it looks clear that the phone will be a huge seller in that region as well.
