New Website Helps Third Party Administrators be More Efficient
TPAs help design new site from The Principal
DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- If you want to know what third party professionals (TPAs) want, ask them. That is exactly how the Principal Financial Group® created a new website designed to make life easier for TPAs.
The new website, available only to TPAs who work with The Principal®, is loaded with features that help make it easier for TPAs to manage clients' retirement plans online.
"As part of our ongoing commitment to TPA's, we developed the new site based on their feedback to meet their specific needs as they manage clients' plans," said Jeff Schreiber, vice president of TPA business development at The Principal. The website features more of the information and transactional capabilities TPAs need to administer plans more efficiently. TPAs will be able to more easily handle:
- plan and participant transactions
- plan compliance testing
- government filing information and
- other key day-to-day tasks

The TPA site was launched following the first Principal TPA Edge SalesSM Academy. TPAs from across the country attended the two-day long event, which gave them a chance to network and attend training sessions to boost sales expertise. The academy is part of the Principal TPA EdgeSM program of services and tools designed specifically to help TPAs develop and manage their businesses.
