WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The law firm Finkelstein Thompson LLP is investigating potential claims on behalf of shareholders of TNS, Inc. (NAS: TNS) ("TNS" or "the Company"), concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Siris Capital Group.
