LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP announces that it is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of Young Innovations Inc. ("Young Innovations" or the "Company") (NAS: YDNT) related to the proposed acquisition of the Company by Linden Capital Partners. The transaction is valued at approximately $314 million or $39.50 per share.
