Nautilus, Inc. Launches Peak Fit System™

New Philosophy is Game Changing Approach to Interval Training

VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- November 8, 2012 - Global fitness company Nautilus, Inc. (NYS: NLS) has released its first ever DVD based home fitness product. The Peak Fit System™ is an interval training program designed to help transform a body in just eight weeks. Developed by fitness expert Michelle Dozois the program is different from traditional interval training workouts.

The Peak Fit System is a departure from other programs on the market because it incorporates a unique combination of strength and cardio intervals that move the user through progressive stages ultimately delivering optimal performance that changes the way the body burns fat and builds muscle.

"While interval training is one of the most popular workouts today, it can jolt and shock the body too quickly, even for those experienced with fitness," says Rob Murdock, Vice President/General Manager of Nautilus Direct-to-Consumer business. "We believed what the market needed was a new approach that truly pushes the body into performing at a higher level, ultimately burning more calories throughout the day and taking the body beyond past fitness plateaus."

The revolutionary eight-week program was created by 15-year-fitness-veteran Dozois who owns Breakthru Fitness, a successful health club in Pasadena, California.

"I am thrilled to work with Nautilus, a company known for their innovative home fitness products, and to be able to give the home exerciser the same opportunity people get in our health club," says Dozois. "The results have been amazing. People not only see physical changes in their body, but they feel good about their new body and their sense of empowerment and success carries over into their daily lives."

"This new philosophy to interval training is an exciting and unique addition to the innovative home-fitness products we are known for," says Nautilus Chief Executive Officer, Bruce Cazenave. "We really thought about the person who wanted to challenge their daily exercise routine and The Peak Fit System is just another way for us to offer a product designed to help people reach their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle at an affordable price."

The Peak Fit System is available for $89.85 and comes with 10 workout DVDs plus resistance bands, a nutrition guide, workout calendar, and tape measure to track your body's transformation.

Nautilus Inc. will be bankrupt within a year by introducing products like the PFS. This company suffers from severe mismanagement, an archaic business model, negative product innovation, and lack of consumer credit lines to sustain their overpriced and faulty equipment marketed on television. Their margins are upside-down and Nautilus contends with major systemic issues from poor quality manufacturing at their Chinese factories - thousands of items have been recalled due to safety issues. The upper echelon out of touch with the fitness industry and is bilking the investors for every last drop as they write their last and final chapter (chapter 7) titled: "Crash and Burn"
