Liam Holder, Founder of International Construction Forensics, Joins Navigant's Global Construction Practice
Expands Navigant's Quantum Disputes Expertise in the UK, EMEA and Asia
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Navigant announced today that Liam Holder has joined the Firm's Global Construction Practice. Holder, who joins as a Managing Director, brings 25 years of experience in major international construction projects and will assist clients with dispute resolution. Holder and his team join Navigant from his prior firm, International Construction Forensics, and will be based in the London office.

Holder founded International Construction Forensics (ICF), a specialist international construction contracts and dispute resolution firm, in 2010. Prior to ICF, Holder was a Senior Partner of EC Harris LLP, where he was head of Contract Advisory Services, leading a team of specialists across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

He is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a Chartered Builder (MCIOB), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), an accredited Expert Witness (CUEW), and a practicing Member of the Academy of Experts (MAE). He has been appointed as a Dispute Board Member on substantial international construction and engineering projects.
Holder is a published author and lectures widely. In addition to his consulting practice, he is a visiting practitioner and dissertation supervisor to the MSc Construction Law and Dispute Resolution course at Kings College, London. He holds an MSc in Construction Law & Arbitration from Kings College, London, a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and a BTEC and HNC in Building Studies.
