Don't buy produce, instead buy frozen green beans, canned corn, spinach, etc.

The $22 weekly cost scared me. We spend no more than $10 weekly on produce.

We use frozen veggies because fresh is pretty high priced.

Sounds good in theory, but pratice proves otherwise in south Florida. The cost is high, you get what they want to give you and the quality is no better than a good food store.

If you have limited space, you're better off getting some pots and growing your own. It's not hard folks. Try it and you will definitely be happily surprised.

We are in FL also. That is why we use frozen! We do grow our own tomatoes in the summer...yum!

Isn't there produce mostly GMO ? If so it could end up costing you alot of money in health care later on.

Not all CSA's are a good deal. Many force you to take what they want you to have based on their supply even if it is not your preference. Better to shop your local farm fresh produce market.
